Garlic is an essential ingredient with any meal where cooked peppers are involved.

One of my favorite recipes is a couple of cloves of chopped garlic, two chopped chili peppers the hotter the better, paprika, salt and pepper put in a small frying pan with a lump of butter and prawns.

Cook on a medium heat until all the liquid released from the prawns has evaporated just leaving the melted butter then serve with garlic bread and a glass of wine.

A very simple recipe that just takes a few minutes and yet is so tasty as well as being healthy.
